Valbona Emini graduated in Albanian Language and Literature at the University of Korca, in 2009. She holds aProfessional Master degree in Education, Master of Science in Linguistics and is a PHD candidate for Linguistics terminology at the University of Tirana. She is licensed to use the online library system COBISS. She holds qualifications in the field of education and communication. Work experiences are related to teaching, research and editing. She has previously worked as a literature teacher in “Turgut Ozal” college in Tirana, professor of Albanian language, linguistics, communication and rhetoric, editor of scientific newsletters, specialist research and communication and involved in the project of digitizing the archives of the Council of Ministers. She is member of the Linguistic inter-academic Council since 2014.  Ms. Emini joined the COD team in January 2016.
