N\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e COD, Setboun sjell p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb 99 foto n\u00eb dimensione t\u00eb mesme e t\u00eb m\u00ebdha si imazhe emblematike q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb thelb kujtes\u00ebn e dokumentimin, diakronin\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb nj\u00eb dekade dramatike, t\u00eb mbushur me ngjarje t\u00eb nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Brendia e k\u00ebsaj ekspozite n\u00eb retrospektiv\u00eb ndalet n\u00eb kontraste t\u00eb fuqishme, tablo t\u00eb gjalla q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb fokus t\u00eb objektivit Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e pas ’80-\u00ebs me demagogjin\u00eb, pankartat a parullat me gur\u00eb, paradat komuniste, bunker\u00ebt e kudo gjendur, ngrehinat e kultit t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruara n\u00eb salla teatri, kafene, sht\u00ebpi kulture a t\u00eb braktisura, <\/em>varf\u00ebrin\u00eb ekonomike, shtypjen politike e shoq\u00ebrore gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb autarkis\u00eb, figur\u00ebn e gruas shqiptare, f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb shkollave dhe jo vet\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr Setboun jan\u00eb po kaq trondit\u00ebse momentet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebnisjet t\u00eb viteve ’90, (aso kohe kur po zhb\u00ebhej regjimi komunist), jan\u00eb foto q\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr eksodin shqiptar dhe anijet e tejmbushura n\u00eb portin e Durr\u00ebsit, pritjen e N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00ebs, humanistes shqiptare n\u00eb shtetin am\u00eb, ringjalljen e fes\u00eb, rihapjen e kulteve fetare,<\/em> zgjedhjet e para pluraliste, zbulimin dhe p\u00ebrballjen me kapitalizmin, gjendjen trondit\u00ebse n\u00eb qendrat e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuar, dasmat dhe shum\u00eb aspekte t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb jet\u00ebs shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkaq, Michel Setboun, konsiderohet si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr fotoreporter\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb nga dokumentuesit m\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebs t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga viti 1981 e n\u00eb vazhdim, pasi mbetet thuajse i vetmi fotograf i huaj, i cili ka mb\u00ebrthyer me aparatin e tij, si askush tjet\u00ebr e n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme, gjat\u00eb gati kat\u00ebr dekadave t\u00eb fundit gjith\u00eb zhvillimin politik, shoq\u00ebror dhe kulturor t\u00eb vendit skaj m\u00eb skaj. N\u00eb vitin 1978, mbuloi si foto reporter p\u00ebr agjencin\u00eb SIPA konflikte nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, si\u00e7 ishte revolucioni n\u00eb Iran, lufta p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi n\u00eb Angola, Afganistan, Iran-Irak dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb luft\u00ebn civile n\u00eb Liban. Nga viti 1983-1985 punoi p\u00ebr agjencin\u00eb e Black Star n\u00eb Indi, Afganistan dhe Suedi. P\u00ebr agjencin\u00eb RAPHO, n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn kohore 1985-1991, mbuloi reportazhet p\u00ebr Koren\u00eb e Jugut, Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Mongolin\u00eb dhe Rio de Zhaneiron. Nga 1991 punon si fotograf i pavarur. Ka bashk\u00ebpunuar me revista t\u00eb njohura nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, si: Geo, Figaro Magazine, New York Times, Life, Paris Match, Stern. N\u00eb 1984 fitoi \u00e7mimin e par\u00eb World Press Photo p\u00ebr reportazhin n\u00eb lidhje me dy milion\u00eb refugjat\u00ebt e d\u00ebbuar n\u00eb Nigeri. Gjithashtu, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb autor i shum\u00eb librave me fotografi. Setboun ka qen\u00eb i vetmi fotograf francez q\u00eb ka fotografuar Revolucionin Iranian (1978 \u2013 1979) dhe r\u00ebnien e regjimit. Arkivi i tij fotografik p\u00ebrmban mij\u00ebra foto nga vende t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, Amerik\u00ebs, Afrik\u00ebs e Azis\u00eb.<\/p>\n
