Albanian Institutions and the Italian Development Cooperation System protect women abused and their children supporting shelters, from North to South of Albania. Many of them got over the past and have a new life. Some of them had to change their names and cities to live safely. Italian and Albanian Institutions are also sustaining programs for abusive men to turn them away from violence and for a psychological, cultural and real social change.
